$40/hour
Cost includes instruction and studio time. You must purchase clay separately. We provide studio tools for you to use. Glaze firing fees apply if you keep any pieces.

FOR BEGINNERS: If you’re new to pottery, Asha recommends your first session be 2 hours long, so please book 2 back to back sessions!

drawing, beginner/intermediate

Drawing is the foundation to good art! Whether you're looking to learn the beginning basics, or more advanced techniques for drawing, a private lesson can help you.
Instructor: Tom Flynn
Choose a one-hour session:
Fridays 5-7pm
$40/hour
Cost includes instruction and studio time. You must bring your own supplies. Typically a set of drawing pencils (should include 2H, HB, 2B, 4B), pad of drawing paper (approximately 18x24), standard rubber eraser and a kneaded eraser, blending stumps (tortillions), ruler, and a pencil sharpener.

From Beginner to Advanced levels, our instructor, Joseph Canto, can help you. Joe’s extensive experience as a working artist and in art restoration contributes to his depth of knowledge in methods and materials. You will benefit from his mastery in control of color and value, which is evident in his impressive landscape paintings.

Bring your own supplies, works in progress, and/or a photo image.

$40/hour
1 hour sessions, Wednesdays, 1-6pm

 

portfolio prep

Are you planning to go to college for art or architecture? You’re going to need a portfolio. Learn to prepare a strong portfolio to help get you into the school of your choice.

Work with Deborah Hamburger who has 12 years of experience teaching advanced placement art and portfolio prep, and who can work with whatever requirements your schools need.

printmaking

Private lessons in a variety of printmaking techniques. Beginner printing to advanced or technique specific. Relief printing, Intaglio, collagraph, silkscreen.
